Terms of Service

1. Who may use GoVisible

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must use GoVisible for a real business you own or are authorised to represent.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile phone number and a one-time passcode. You are responsible for keeping access to your number and device secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@govisible.app if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. What GoVisible does

GoVisible helps local businesses improve their online visibility: AI-assisted posts, review replies, a Visibility Score, keyword suggestions, multi-platform publishing, customer review requests, and related tools. Features may change, improve, or be withdrawn over time.

4. Your content and your customers

• Your content. You keep ownership of the business content you create. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and publish it to deliver the service, including sending content to AI and platform providers to generate results and publish on your behalf.
• Responsibility. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights and lawful basis to add customer contact details and to contact them. You must not use GoVisible to send spam or unlawful messages, to post content you do not have the rights to, or to break any platform’s rules (for example Google, Meta or WhatsApp terms).
• Reviews. You must not create, buy or incentivise fake reviews. Review requests must go to genuine customers.

5. AI-generated output

GoVisible uses AI to help produce content. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, reach, or business result.

6. Plans, billing and renewals

• Plans. GoVisible offers a free plan and paid plans with monthly quotas. Prices are shown in your billing currency, which is set from your verified phone number’s country.
• Payment. Paid plans are billed through Razorpay (India) or Stripe (other countries). By subscribing you authorise the recurring charge for your plan.
• Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Where you buy. Subscriptions bought inside the Android app are billed by Google Play, and Google Play’s billing, pricing, tax and refund rules apply to those purchases. Manage or cancel a Play subscription in Google Play. Any purchases we may later offer through the web are billed by our payment partners instead.

7. Connected services

When you connect Google Business Profile, Meta, WhatsApp, or other channels, you also agree to those providers’ terms. You authorise GoVisible to act on your behalf on those services for the features you use, and you can disconnect them at any time.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse GoVisible: no reverse engineering (except as the law allows), no interfering with or overloading the service, no unauthorised access, and no using it to break the law or others’ rights. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

9. Support and screen-share

Live screen-share support is optional and consent-based, time-limited, and remote control is off unless you turn it on. Only start a session with a support agent you trust, and stop it at any time.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep GoVisible available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; for material changes we will update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use GoVisible after a change means you accept it.

11. Disclaimers and liability

GoVisible is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability is allowed to be limited, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using GoVisible and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination your right to use GoVisible ends; sections that by nature survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.
